Arnold Tsering serves as a Small Groups Leader in Bethany Youth. I started serving in 2019 in the worship ministry as a drummer, then as a worship leader, and since then have become a leader of my own small group as well as overseeing other youth small groups. I use my communication skills to connect with people to build a stronger community in our youth and relationship with Jesus.
