Photo & Video Consent Notice

By attending any service, event, or activity organized by Bethany Church, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded. Bethany Church routinely captures photo, video, and audio content during services and events for documentation, livestreaming, archival purposes, ministry resources, and the creation of promotional and informational materials.

Such media may be used, reproduced, edited, and distributed by Bethany Church in various formats, including but not limited to the church’s website, mobile application, social media platforms, printed publications, livestream broadcasts, and other church communication channels, both now and in the future.
Attendance at any church-related gathering constitutes your consent to the use of your likeness, voice, and/or image in these materials without the need for additional permission, notification, or compensation.

Recording may occur in public or congregational areas and may include wide-angle or incidental views of attendees. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate individual preferences, complete exclusion from all recordings cannot be guaranteed.
